No therapist-client relationship

That relationship begins only after Whole You confirms that services are appropriate and available and the required intake and consent process has been completed.
Emergencies and urgent needs
This website, email, voicemail, and online scheduling are not monitored as emergency or crisis services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. Who can receive services
Whole You provides individual therapy for adults. In-person services are offered in Anchorage, and telehealth may be available when a client is physically located in Alaska at the time of service. Website access does not guarantee eligibility, availability, clinical fit, or acceptance as a client.
Scheduling through Jane
Book Now links open Whole You’s scheduling page on Jane, an independent practice-management platform. Appointment requests are not confirmed until accepted through the scheduling process. Your use of Jane is also governed by Jane’s own terms and privacy practices.
Email, phone, and Reach Out messages
Electronic communications can be delayed, misdirected, or accessed by others. Do not send emergency messages or detailed clinical information through ordinary email or a general website form. Whole You cannot guarantee a response within a particular time or that every inquiry will result in an appointment.
Fees and insurance information
Fees, accepted insurance, and service details shown on this website are intended to help visitors plan and may change. Insurance coverage, deductibles, copays, authorization requirements, and reimbursement are determined by each plan. Current written financial and practice policies provided directly to a client control if website information differs.
