Ask a question
Who does Whole You Wellness work with?

Whole You Wellness provides individual therapy for adults. Mariah works with people navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, relationship patterns, identity questions, and significant life transitions. She also brings particular familiarity with first-responder, law-enforcement, and public-safety culture.

Are appointments available in person or online?

Both. In-person appointments are available at the Anchorage office, and telehealth appointments are available to clients located across Alaska.

How long are sessions and what are the fees?

Ongoing individual therapy sessions are 53 minutes and cost $250. The initial intake assessment is $325.

What approaches may be used in therapy?

Care is trauma-informed, collaborative, and adapted to the individual. Mariah may draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR when appropriate, practical strategies, and careful attention to your experiences, relationships, and values.

Does Whole You Wellness accept insurance?

Whole You Wellness accepts Premera insurance. If you have another insurance provider, you may be able to use out-of-network mental health benefits. Coverage, deductibles, copays, authorization requirements, and reimbursement vary by plan, so contact your insurer to confirm your specific benefits.
